At the Willie Nelson Shop, we want you to love your gear as much as a classic melody, but if something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
